20-year-old Tasmanian man, Chang, joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in May of this year. In this video, he describes how he seeks answers to questions regarding his life and his faith.
Other new members of the Church share their experiences as Latter-day Saints on www.mormon.org. Questions such as: Who am I? Why am I here? What happens when I die? What is the purpose of life? are discussed by men and women who have found answers in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Senior Church leader and apostle, Elder M. Russell Ballard, has encouraged Latter-day Saints to help others understand what the Church is, and who members of the Church are, by using the Internet and other media tools.
Pacific Area Church websites editors welcome submissions of videos featuring Latter-day Saints in the Pacific Area talking about their experiences as members of the Church. Members of the Church of all ages, new in the Church and long-time Latter-day Saints are invited to submit videos. We will feature some of these on the New Zealand/Pacific Islands, Australia and French Polynesia Church country websites in the coming months.
Australian submissions can be emailed to editor_ldsaus@bigpond.com
